Upon arrival, you are welcome to stay in the warmth of your car and send a text message to me at 408-832-3319 letting me know you have arrived and I will meet you in front.
Please plan to arrive 5 minutes early. Please note we require a credit card to be put on file at the time of booking and charge the full amount of your appointment for the missed or late canceled appointments. By scheduling your appointment you are consenting to have the card on file charged if you no show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If you have questions or concerns about your insurance coverage please reach out to us before the day of your appointment and we will be happy to confirm your insurance coverage for you.
